Nisha is a physiotherapist with a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy in Continence and Pelvic Health and over five years of clinical experience. She is passionate about supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond, helping them feel confident, strong, and empowered in their bodies.,

Nisha works with a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including continence issues, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and safe return to exercise. She takes a warm and understanding approach, ensuring her patients feel listened to, supported, and guided every step of the way.

Alongside her clinical work, Nisha teaches at the university level in anatomy and gender health physiotherapy. She also enjoys mentoring students and peers, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
