More About Me:
Dr Trach Pham is a Senior Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 30 years’ experience.
Dr Pham completed his medical training in Vietnam in 1979. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist training in 1987 and was appointed Head of High Risk Pregnancy Unit at Nhân Dân Gia Định, a teaching hospital, in Saigon, Vietnam.
Dr Pham obtained Fellowship of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) in 1999. He has worked at the Mater, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee, Redland and Logan Hospitals in Brisbane, and The Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne. He currently works at Sunshine Hospital.
Dr Pham has interests in teaching and is involved with the accredited registrar training program of the RANZCOG and the Western Health Clinical School, University of Melbourne. He is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland Medical School.
His interest is in general gynaecology with an emphasis on treatment of menstrual difficulty, incontinence and prolapse, menopause management as well as complex re-operative surgery.
He believes in an holistic approach towards his patients. He has served the Melbourne Vietnamese community for over 10 years.
