Referrals & appointments

Send the right information from the beginning

Specialist appointments at WSC begin with a GP referral. Once we've received it, our reception team will call to book you in — usually within one business day.

How it works

How specialist appointments work

Step 01

See your GP

Ask your GP for a referral to the relevant WSC specialist. Bring recent tests and any letters to your appointment.

Step 02

Send the referral

Your GP or clinic sends the referral to reception by email or fax. We'll receive it within one business day.

Step 03

Reception confirms you

Our team calls to book an appointment that suits your family, confirms fees, and answers any questions you have.

Pathway 1 · GP referral

Three ways to reach reception

Choose the option that works best for your clinic. All referrals are acknowledged within one business day.

Email reception

Preferred for most referrals — attach the letter as a PDF.

Pathway 2 · Procedures & assessments

Start with a direct inquiry

Tongue-tie treatment, Mirena / IUD and psychological assessments can begin without the standard GP referral pathway. Choose an option to learn more or book an inquiry.

Secure GP e-referral
