We know your patients are important to you, as they are to us!

Our aim is to contact your patient as early as possible once we have received your referral to book them an appointment. However, if you feel that there is a level of urgency for your patients care, we encourage you to contact our team to escalate the concern for an urgent appointment

We also request if your patient has any associated blood results, scan results or other tests in relation to their condition, that you send that to us with the referral as well

We are a fee-based clinic, and have the capability of processing your patients rebate onsite, if they are Medicare eligible – where they generally receive the rebate into their account within 48 hours

Concluding your patient’s appointment, our specialists will dictate a letter to you regarding their consultation and findings
