Dr. Arushi Kapoor

Arushi Kapoor is a Certified Practicing Speech and Language Pathologist who will be joining the Werribee team at Western Specialist Centre. Arushi graduated from La Trobe university in 2015. Her experience involves working in the education setting. Arushi enjoys working with children in the areas of speech, language, literacy, fluency, and social skills.

She is an enthusiastic and friendly clinician who loves to find fun and engaging ways to work with clients and families to help them achieve their goals. Arushi is passionate about working with culturally and linguistically diverse families. As a child of migrants herself, Arushi understands the challenges that come with belonging to a migrant family.

Arushi believes in creating a positive environment which allows her to build rapport with her clients. Arushi strongly believes that the key to providing quality speech therapy is collaboration between the clinician, the client and their family.

Arushi is also passionate about expanding her knowledge and skills by attending various courses and training programs. She can’t wait to continue expanding her training so she can provide extensive hands-on knowledge and education to her clients and their families.
